We will have a brunch at 8:30 am to honor all the fathers and men in the church. Honor your father, and your Heavenly Father, by being at church on Father’s Day!
We invite you to Homecoming at New Hope Church, Sunday, Sept. 13 at 10:00. Lunch will follow at 11:30. Join us as we celebrate USA 250 and 20 years in the new sanctuary, built in 2006. This will be a celebration of what our church has inherited, thanksgiving for what we are doing presently, and prayer about where God is taking us in the future. Past ministers will be attending and will be recognized. Memories will be shared and fellowship will follow with a barbecue lunch in the Fellowship Hall. We will take a group photo in front of the church after the service and before lunch that we would love for you to be a part of. Also, there will be an area in the sanctuary for family photos to be taken. They say "you can't go home again", but for one Sunday you can! Join us - we would love to see you!
Blessing of the Animals community service will be Sunday Oct. 4 at 4:00. Numerous churches throughout the world observe October 4th (or the Sunday closest to it) with a Blessing of the Animals service. And like last year, we will be accepting donations (especially puppy pads) to help out our local animal shelter. Invite neighbors, family, and especially your furry friends!
Fall Fest/Trunk or Treat 2026 is Sunday Oct. 25, from 4 – 6 PM. Chili supper (vote on the best chili), games, bounce house, bonfire and fellowship. There will be Trunk-or-Treat, and children’s costume contests for two age groups. Wear your costume or favorite sports-theme shirt and join us for a great night of fun! Best decorated car or trunk will win a prize! Sign-up sheets to help with the event and to participate in Trunk-or-Treat are located on the table in the Welcome Foyer.
